Different situation, Cincy. What we are talking about here is Trump's reaction to the loss whole whole communities in California due to wildfires. His reaction, instead of being empathetic to the tens of thousands who lost everything including their home town, was a diatribe and threat to cut funding. Even if he were correct in making that assessment (questionable at nest), you don't make that kind of remark when that many people are in such misery. That kind of reaction is evil.
