Remember the song with the FEWEST votes wins. You are choosing the "Weakest Link" to eliminate.

Admittedly, my vote (or non-vote) goes towards the stunning live versions they've performed to open so many classic shows.

Just like how people like the feeling when think they are the only ones that "get it" when they waste money on vinyl (and boy do they ever waste it), people vote against Black.

That's how Ed described it in pj20...though he did seem a little high. 4-5 (depending on how picky you want to get) chord song. Lol

Yeah I figured that s what he was talking about. Too bad ed doesn't play guitar on that one.

It wouldn't matter which Ten song you put it up against, Black wins every time for me

Yep, I voted wrong. Don't know why I try to do anything before having coffee in the morning. Particularly on a Sunday.

Release is too beautiful and simplistic! My all time favorite PJ song.

Alive would have been my favorite 20-25 years ago. It just hasn't stood the test of time like Release and Black have...at least for me.

^ I actually agree but I feel like I'm just tired of Alive so I'm not being objective. If I take it's popularity out of the equation, it's probably the best song on the album. It's splitting hairs with those 3 songs though. All great.

Not to seem like I'm "dissing" this thread (I love it and can't wait for more) but maybe later on we should do a three-two-one point system ranking of Alive, Black, and Release. I might be wrong but they seem to be the clear favourites (I know, I know, not EVERYONE'S favourites) and I'd be curious to see if things would turn out differently....

....come to think of it, I think I have way too much time on my hands today and am overthinking this stuff.

Release, Black, Alive...that's the popular vote.
