    I'm mixed on it. I think the factors that played into the original intention to have it don't exist to the same degree. It tends to contribute to a sense of voter apathy. I have a clean voting record. I've always voted D.

    I'm mixed on it. I think the factors that played into the original intention to have it don't exist to the same degree. It tends to contribute to a sense of voter apathy. I have a clean voting record. I've always voted D.
    Fair enough.

    But always voting D does not give you a clean voting record.
