    Quick heads up for those looking for Obama tickets - there are an insane amount of online scams running for these tickets on CL and eBay. At least 20k people lined up in hopes to get them and it was a mess (imagine the old Pearl Jam F5 days, but in person). Hard tickets only, no way to transfer electronically, hologram stickers, QR codes, do your homework before meeting someone.

    appreciate the heads up. Too many scammers. Tickets were free too and now going for hundreds on CL. I saw the same thing when the Blackhawks gave free tickets to their celebration ceremony @ Soldier Field last time we won the cup.

He has divided this county in my opinion more than any other President in my 20 years in law enforcement. I'm not a "Trump supporter" but he's a supporter of law enforcement and that can not be denied. My main goal in life is to return home safe after my shift to my family and in my opinion Obama has made that more difficult. Two minority Police Officers were killed in Florida this week. The Governor of FL reached out to Trump and Pence not Obama in regards to support. People assume everyone should "support" someone on their own beliefs and liberals especially seem offended if you don't have the same beliefs. The guy above me saying "what is wrong with you" from just reading one sentence of mine kind of proves my point.

    I respect your beliefs for better a better unity in our society between the police and community and really hope the violence from both ends can subside. In the past few years the amount of gun violence is completely crazy. I didn't mean to be disrespectful to anyone. But i just can't believe that man is going to be our president and feel a little embarrassed as an american. Luckily i'll be leaving the country for a while shortly after his inauguration. It will be sad to not say where i from proudly again. The Obama years gave americans abit more respect internationally.

    No worries. My opinion on all politicians are that they aren't going to raise my kids and pay my mortgage. Life is going to go on regardless who is our President and we as people can only do our best to make this a better country. I treat everyone how I would want to be treated and that seems to be the best formula. Good luck on your trip and stay safe.

And if you did any research you would know a "liberal" named Bill Clinton is the reason I was hired due to his support and funding in the late 90's.     You are aware that by your own choice, you choose to listen to a band that is rather vocal about NOT being Republican, right? They are very open about supporting social causes and unapologetic about it. It was no secret. If you are turned off by Eddie being involved in something political, I fear that you have been living the last 25 years of the existence of this band under a very large rock.

He has divided this county in my opinion more than any other President in my 20 years in law enforcement. I'm not a "Trump supporter" but he's a supporter of law enforcement and that can not be denied. My main goal in life is to return home safe after my shift to my family and in my opinion Obama has made that more difficult. Two minority Police Officers were killed in Florida this week. The Governor of FL reached out to Trump and Pence not Obama in regards to support. People assume everyone should "support" someone on their own beliefs and liberals especially seem offended if you don't have the same beliefs. The guy above me saying "what is wrong with you" from just reading one sentence of mine kind of proves my point.
    How is the death of police officers Obama's fault?

This isn't a political forum and I just responded once to someone saying to me "what's wrong with you" in my response to someone else saying they were happy Obama is no longer in office. Google Henry Louis Gates arrest for one if you want some perspective on how Obama and his perception of Police. Plus the example I used above about him and the recent Florida officers being killed. The police shooting in St. Louis is another example. There is many examples that I see being in this profession that you wouldn't see but I don't sit here and try to decide what affects you so don't do the same to me.
