We can't refer to one another as a$$e$... so I said Donkeys..
Tell us about your family's biggest holiday jerks..
I'll start.
My brother ( the baby of the family), has always been a rebel, etc.... So one year, we had a gathering at my Uncle Carl and Aunt Cathi's house- we all still resided in Cali- for Thanksgiving, and my Dad and he [brother] have always butted heads. So.. my Dad catches him smoking Pot in the garage with some of our cousins.. and my Dad blew up!! He was just screaming... so.. the argument moves into the dining room, and my Aunt is setting the turkey on the table.. trying to just ignore my Dad, my brother, and now my cousin Ron is in on the argument as well.. as always, there are several dogs and kitties milling about the feet of everyone.. then.. out of nowhere.. my brother KICKS the turkey out of my Aunt Cathi's hands.. yes.. straight up kicks the platter.. and our Thanksgiving dinner gets mauled by 6 dogs and four cats.. and the silence was palpable; outside of the cats and dogs scarfing down our dinner! My dad was so pissed off, he punched my brother out. He [brother] grabbed onto the tablecloth on the way down, dragging the rest of dinner onto the floor.
We never got invited to Thanksgiving at Aunt Cathi, and Uncle Carl's house again for nearly 20 years!!
Everyone else was just mortified.... we had no Thanksgiving dinner that year..
