    Exactly. I paid $$ for my membership, not too excited about it being posted here for all too see (including any profiteers/scalpers).

    Agreed. The code really shouldnt be published. And this is coming from someone who desperately wants to attend the ceremony but forgot to join in time.

    It does seem like a pretty bad process to give out a single code usable by anyone. That's the equivalent of a crappy radio station presale code or something. Usually bands with decent presales give out single use codes to their members, so that there's no code to go public. Once it's out there, it's out there, so single codes aren't that great :(

    I'm avoiding getting too upset now, will wait to see what unfolds on Friday.

    Very upsetting if generic word is the pre-sale code.

    That's a pretty shitty thing to do considering there are a lot of people that paid for the right to buy early. And the U2 comment is pointless, that is a whole tour, in 60,000+ stadiums.

    Your code, do whatever you want with it. My thing is, I think every membership fee is a donation to the hall. I spent the $50 to help, I don't think I can cheat my way around donations just so I can fill my Twinkie

    Did you pay $50 for the Hall of fame too? U2 also had access to 4 tickets. To shows with up to 60 or 70 thousand seats. Multiple shows. You could have paid for access this one.
