    Stein drew our curiosity when she went on: "They don’t have a solution to the expanding wars except more wars. We are already bombing seven countries and now we do appear to be engaging in this war crime in Yemen where we have been partnering with the Saudis in this war crime for the past year. They do not want to talk about that."

    Saudi Arabia, a U.S. ally, has sided with Yemen’s government against Houthi rebels in a continuing war.

    For this fact check, we wondered if the U.S. is bombing seven countries.

    That at least has been so: In September 2014, PunditFact rated True a bombed-countries claim by Ryan Lizza of The New Yorker. Lizza referred to President George W. Bush and his successor, Barack Obama, in a tweet that said: "Countries bombed: Obama 7, Bush 4."

    At the time, the U.S. on Obama’s watch had bombed Afghanistan, Iraq, Pakistan, Somalia, Yemen, Libya and Syria.

    The first thing that pops into my (at least at this moment) is that if we cannot stop hating music, we cannot prevent world war. I get in as much reading time for music related stuff as I can and as allows me time to read all the other stuff I'm trying to get to. Lately though I've been running like a bike with a flat tire into a ditch full of poison oak and crocodiles into some really nasty music hatred stuff- articles in various places, responses to articles, etc. (I won't post links. I won't give music hate that kind of attention.)

    So it just seems to me if people can hate certain music and the people who make it that much, how can we avoid a devastating war?
    I really hope someone can answer that question. The notion of music hate and the intensity I've seen it in articles gives me little to no faith whatsoever. Where is the remedy there?

    Of course then there's all the other stuff like limits to resources, the lust for imperialism some have, nationalism, our religious and philosophical differences. All those major issues and, of course the big one- the business of war.

    I'm guessing we are likely to be locked in perpetual war with 49% chance of a game-ending full-scale WWIII. How to break that cycle?
    My suggestion is to start by supporting leaders who do not want war and who are friendly toward environment. There will be no wars or social issues in a global environment ruined by ecological collapse or civilization destroyed by massive war. .

    And then start sharing and learning to appreciate our cultures and arts-- especially through music appreciation education so people will stop hating music!

    Russia has been poking at the arctic border for years. The Canadian Federal government acts like they think if they basically just ignore it, it will go away, lol.
