Jack White would be the best choice IMO.

I hope it's Carrie Brownstein. She's witty and brilliant and has a way with words. Read her old NPR blog. It was awesome. I think you should any someone to articulate why PJ deserves to be in the HoF. No offense to the other dudes who are younger, I don't think they would succeed in that respect.

JW3 would do well, but I don't think he's been that close with them until recently. Carrie has history with PJ.

So does the band decide or does the HOF? I remember reading that Steve Miller didn't even know who Dan Auerbach when he saw him backstage before the ceremony last year.
    I'm through with screaming

I believe it's up to the Hall. as with everything else. Miller was a complete douche about that (and I'm not even a Black Keys fan).

Miller sounds like a douche. Auerbach actually sounds a little pompous about it too (thinking Miller should have tried to know who they are, mentioning how many hit records they have-seriously?). The way Miller talked about the induction makes it sould like he wanted it to be all about him and needing to be treated like some sort of royalty. I don't know anyone who knows more than about 3 songs of his.

I'm cool with Caleb from KOL, or Julian Casablancas or Jim James. Also Neil Young would be great too.

It would be great if it was Uncle Neil or Chris Cornell...

For a left-field choice I'll throw in Mark Arm. He's been part of the scene since forever, was in Green River, and they could start their set with him screaming "Kick Out The Jams Muthafuckaaaaaas!" :)

I told my wife a few days ago while she was watching the voice that Adam Levine is a possibility. Josh Homme, Neil Young would be great because PJ never does things like anyone else. Ben Harper, because "this is the greatest band in the world" is just an amazing moment from live at the garden. I'd say, Ben Harper

Haha! Spot on with Brian's ramblings. He takes a lot of detours in his stories but he always gets there eventually.
