    I'd say put up cash/poster anyways. What will happen is winner will get their pick of 9 "units" (any combination of cash/poster they choose), then 2nd place chooses 2 of the remaining, and third place picks one. Depending on what you put up people may want that poster/cash, and you may end up getting something else. It all depends on how the winners decide what they want!
