Wrigley 1 was b cause it was so deep + emotional + McCready rocked. Wrigley 2 cause the band + fans rocked so hard. That being said Jax -+ Tampa were pretty f'ing good in their own right. Each show had their moments + I enjoyed weather in person or on periscope or later on YouTube. Great times, better memories. Looking forward to the next run. Thanks PJ, 10Club + fans in general.
  • Fenway 1 seems underrated for some reason. Release and Long Road to open (is there a better opening combo?). Masters of War (first since '08), Strangest Tribe (!!!), I've Got a Feeling (first since '04), Society, Comfortably Numb. And who can forget the great version of Black with all the lights?

Hard to pick a fav, the sets this tour were awesome. Curious, there's no one that's mentioned Columbia yet. It was a dream setlist for me. Oceans, Immortality, I Got Shit, Marker, Light Years, Rise, Yesterdays, Sleight of Hand, and a few more.

I was at 14 of the shows including all 3 of the album shows but as far as the setlist goes Fenway 2 and Toronto 2 were rediculous.. Columbia was also sick!

  • I like Wrigley I's setlist but there were definitely better on this tour. If anything, that's a testament to how awesome this tour has been. As shows go, Wrigley I had some real moments (Gleason) but I can't say that it's setlist is close to the top. It was one of my favourite shows as an attendee but there are a number of other set lists that are just more exciting to me.

Your post made me go actually look up the setlist, that IS impressive! I like it better than either Wrigley... jury still out whether I like it better than Fenway 2.

I still find Charlottesville '13 and Hartford '08 my top faves ever ever, but this is a 2016 thread so I'll shut up about those... :)

I will go with Philly 2 as well...especially after hearing the Fenway boots. IMO Ed sounded much better in the arena shows, think he needs to give his voice a rest.

Ed was on fire during the Fenway shows and the boots show that. Not sure what you were listening to or why you think he needs a break.

Listened to them both on Sirius when they were released. Even my wife during Release said "man he sounds awful". Not sure if it was the recording and he sounded different live or what. Again, my personal opinion.
