Wrigley Duffle bag defective shoulder strap

Anyone else have issues with there clasps coming off the d-rings on the bag? I had a helluva time trying to keep the clasps from unbuckling from the bag. They are totally screwed up.
I'm sure theres no way of getting a new strap from the bag maker....

    You could get a new strap from another gym bag - like Under Armor or Nike?

    I remember back in the 90s when I played soccer ordering a replacement strap for my Adidas soccer/gear bag. Those big bags, anyone remember? Some asshole on my team cut my strap (I took his starting position, so he took revenge). Anyway, OP you could call customer service for any of these bag makers and get one - hopefully for not much money either. Good luck!

    Look on the tag and reach out to the manufacture. I'm sure they will send out a replacement.

    Check that...probably need to reach out to the distributor, as I'm sure the bag was probably made overseas.

    But the distributor will still be able to send out replacement parts or a new bag.

    Thx folks just checked the inside tag and doesn't say much besides made in china and 100% pvc haha
    hopefully I can get a replacement strap... $80 bag with a crappy strap...love everything else about it :)

    Ok thx. Double check those claps they look fine but do not function. The clasp slip past and leaves just enough opening to slip off the d ring...

    You took it out of its OG packaging?! Never do that with merch! Harder to flip then.

    It's just a PVC bag? I thought they were the old school heavy duty canvas ones that you get in high school.

    I saw the bag was $80...I think I paid $60 for my canvas one. I wouldn't pay $80 for a plastic bag.

    So I past on to tsurt my issue by email yesterday including photos of broken shoulder strap. Today I got a email that they are sending a new one in the mail. Now thats great customer service!! I also had an issue with a glue mark on the inside (sent photo) of one of my t-shirts that showed as a stain on the outside and they are sending me a replacement shirt to. Go Tsurt!!

    i added key chain. Its made of PVC lol. $80 is way too much but it's cool so whatever :)

    I cannot fucking believe that was $80. :tired_face: They were supposedly just leftover staff freebies too. Wow 10C. :nuh_uh: (or actually I have no clue who decided the bags should be priced that high. Maybe 10C had nothing to do with it... but whoever did - tsurt? - they should be ashamed of themselves).

    lol crazy one is up to almost $400 on eBay unbelievable. wow
    My new strap came in from tsurt/bompa so great customer service on there part.

    Yup same one it was $355 with like 50 minutes left it climbed fast.
