Wrigley security would not allow any cameras at all... None, at least that's what I was told.

Hate to complain, but security would not allow any cameras whatsoever. No point and shoot without detachable lenses. Had same camera I've taken to every show I've been to, but the Cub's management told the security that No cameras permitted. I pulled the camera out of my pocket to place in the pass thru with my wallet and my phone. They stopped me from taking it in. Had to take it back to the hotel. Tenclub should have specified this would be the case. Don't know if this happened to other people...

My ticket said, "No video rec/cameras." I was on the field, but the ticket I sold for the stands said the same.

But I thought that PJ shows were exceptions. I guess not. My mistake. Sorry for complaining.

I mentioned in the fanview thread that there were signs outside the gates specifically for yesterday's show that definitely implied that point and shoot cameras without detachable lenses was fine. I don't remember the exact wording but they were definitely there. I would not have brought my camera otherwise.

The security by us said cameras were fine as long as they weren't professional cameras.

My guess security was not being consistent. It says no camera on the ticket but I think almost all concerts do. Some security guy just took it to literal. Aren't all cell phones camera nowadays?

saw a guy videotape the whole show from GA with a monopod and camera. it was not a DSLR, but the step below with the big attached lense. Security walked by him all night never said a thing.

Must have been some security people (like the ones I dealt with) just trying to be rigid assholes. They told me to just hide it in the bushes or somewhere outside the stadium. Fuck that. Either go to another entrance or don't take a camera.
