Anyone know any good hotel deals for Nov 19 to 21 in Seattle?

ZodZod Posts: 10,103
I thought I'd check. There's used to be poster that would post good deals at the best western whenever PJ played. ToTD is 80+ % Pearl Jam members :)

Booked The Paramount Hotel for $160 a night (right around the corner from the venue and it looks awesome).

Thanks. I checked it out. Nothing to standoutish. One of the things I like about going to Seattle for a weekend is doing a Costco run at a US Costco... so I'll want to bring the car :) Mmmm megabottles of Costco scotch :)

Cheapest I'm seeing right now is the best western for about 120USD/night (before taxes).

I stayed at the Moore once. It was really cheap, but it wasn't so good (mainly due to lack of AC). Shouldn't be an issue in the winter. Still the Best Western is the most attractive looking option right now.

I booked paramount too, if you call them, they give you a slightly better deal. I think mine was $347 USD all in for 2 nights (not too bad, $200 something CAD/night) but well worth it for being across the street. Wanted something really convenient as my wife and I will be going to the Seahawks/Eagles game in the afternoon, and wanted a place close to the theatre so we could chill before the EPIC show!

We were thinking of doing the seahawks game too... first time it's worked out that a show was on a game weekend. Find any decent deals on tickets? They're also expensive... lol

The Moore is a pretty sweet deal if you go Euro style (bathroom outside the room)
I am just a dreamer, but you are just a dream...
If I knew where it was I would take you there.

D'oh! Game falls on the same the same day against the Eagles. Game @ 1pm . 3 hour game? How close is the Paramount Theatre to the CenturyLink Field? Might have to find a hotel that's in between this path.

One second .. the price of those NFL tickets .. CenturyLink Field? http://www.ticketmaster.com/seattle-seahawks-vs-philadelphia-eagles-seattle-washington-11-20-2016/event/0F00508DA6CF38D0?brand=seahawks&intcmp=tm110269&wt.mc_id=NFL_TEAM_SEA_SINGLE_GME_TIX_PRI ... WOW!!!!!!!!!

yah nfl tickets are crazy expensive. it's the last north american pro sport I've never gone too. It's so expensive I always said I'd never go to Seattle just for an nfl game, but if I was going for something else, I'd give it a try... hmmm

Fortunately, the first thing I did as a present to myself when I finished school was buy a pair of Seahawks season tickets. At that time, you could just walk up and buy a pair, but now there's like 12,000 ppl on the wait list. Mine are only $85 face value, so even though I live in Vancouver, they are very reasonable. Keep watching stub hub, sometimes they dip just before the game, but not often. Good luck!

Even though I'm a local, apparently my wife decided she wanted to make a day & night of this, so she just booked us a room at Hotel Max for $115 for a mini-Queen room. I've never stayed there, but it looks like a fun little boutique hotel with a free craft beer happy hour, interesting art and music themes, and the location is great. A few blocks from the Paramount, a few blocks from Pike Place Market, a few blocks from the heart of downtown. http://www.hotelmaxseattle.com/

I currently have reservations at the Paramount and Homewood Suites for around the same price ~$350 inclusive of taxes for two nights. Nothing to lose, free cancellation while I keep a lookout for something better :)

Hotel FIVE is showing up on Booking.com with a non-refundable rate of $287 inclusive of taxes for two nights (with Genius discount). I don't do non-refundable this far out, though.

I was checking this out out too. Came up on my Hotels.com account for $109 (gold member) and seemed nice....craft beer reception was enticing, but I don't know if that one was refundable. I ended up booking the Paramount for two nights at $150 each pre-tax. Right next door and I can cancel up to the day before as I'm not 100% I can make this trip fly.

I'm thinking on booking Thursday to Tuesday for Seattle. Paramount hotel is so tempting right now but that Canadian dollar at the moment blows!!

HERE'S what you do......... go to www.hyatt.com or search Hyatt CC. When you sign up for their Credit Card, no fees first year, you get 2 free nights. 2 free nights anywhere in the WORLD actually. Use that to stay at HYATT OLIVE 8. It's one of my favorite Hotels in the US and is a GREEN hotel. Excellent. Its 700 feet from the entrance to the Paramount. Or pay 187$ a night Also GRAND HYATT is 400 feet away. Both great options. With a little effort, little research, decent credit score, it could be free. If you just want one night at the HYATT Olive 8, 162$ for the night of the 20th only

Anyone have a line on 2 ticks for Wrigley NIGHT 1? We have 4 GA NT2, for two of us. Any leads, or anymore travel tips needed, PM me

No harm making the Paramount Hotel reservation now since you don't pay until your stay. Maybe it will improve by November? :D

I stayed at the Hyatt Olive 8 for the PJ show in 2013. It was really nice. Managed to get it on a low blow offer to Priceline.

Took at a look at the CC, but you need to spend $1000 to get the free two nights. That wouldn't usually be too hard, except I'm Canadian, and I'm not sure how easy it would be to pay an american credit card bill... :( (or if I even have a US credit score).
