3 emails over week and a half and still no reply about paypal issue
I asked them about PayPal issue and got the standard reply about $15 refund. I just ended up not using PayPal it was easier.
Same here; paypal gave the message that the sum of all costs didn't match up (True if you look at the order). Got the order through by using my card instead of paypal.
I can use a credit card but then i get charged extra conversion fees, already have money in Paypal so i want to use that to save the fees.

I sent them the e-mail that 10C sent me with the code in it and asked for TMR store credit, which they gladly applied to my account. Didn't think to ask them to add it to PayPal... Oh well... Still pretty pleased about customer service on both 10C's and TMR's parts overall.
