I thought it was going to happen. I thought the first chord of blood was going to be it.

I was thinking one more super rock song in encore 2, but not meant to be. But on to the next one, that's why we do what we do!

I was really surprised to see that encore 2 only had 2 original songs. And one of them was a repeat.

Thanks @Ray J. T. Technically, I'd seen Oceans before - it was my wife's white whale. She was so excited!

Glad she was able to get it. Especially as an opener. Just sets a tone that puts you on cloud 9 for the rest of the show.

Wow, what a show and to hear Oceans as the opener was quite a treat. I thought for sure we were going to get Leash after hearing Oceans right away like that. Sorry you didn't get to hear Leash Ray, but keep hunting my friend. It took me 50 shows to finally catch Oceans, and it was a glorious moment. And hey, it was nice getting to meet you and your wife in person.

Thanks to everyone again that kept this thread alive!

Still can't believe they opened with Oceans. Funny thing is, I somehow accidentally had my camera taking "video" in my pocket during it, so I have a recording! It was a nice little surprise when I got home and took a look. Sound is terrible though, my phone's microphone sucks.

Absolutely was a pleasure. Hope to see you again sooner rather than later. Maybe we will both be at the show that they finally drop the leash for me. Still an amazing weekend and we had an amazing time. As MoreCowbell said, thank you to everybody who supported the thread. We at least managed to end one drought. Till the next one, "I am right by your side"

Jeesh, doesn't it? I've seen them twice as many times in Chicago as Indy. But the Chicago shows are always awesome.

Thanks to the band, 10C, and the OPs for Oceans on Monday!!!

Oceans!!!! In the "Ten" club now!! Very happy to have finally heard it at my 14th show. My partner in crime also joined the club hearing 3 tracks he needed off the first album...Oceans, Deep, & Why go. I also was happy that they dusted off several of the early nineties popular covers I remember from the old unofficial bootlegs. Ending with I've Got A Feeling was a cherry on top of a great set of shows. Sorry for those pulling for Leash, but we all have an excuse now to have a Getaway for the next PJ show.

As long as they are touring then so am I. Leash will come on its own time to me. Just have to be patient.
