according to their tour history they have done 968 shows, love to be there in attendance for show 1000, they should reach this mile stone in 2017

One of the Canadian shows this spring was the 1000th. The tour history on this site is way off.
Its not like that list made on here earlier was exactly correct either

I thought they did a pretty good job of determining that.

its pretty unbelievable that a band of this level, who has been touring for 25 years, has only played red rocks 1 time for 2 shows over 20 years ago... and now when they play there it will be a total clusterfuck

    totally weak

I think a destination event is happening in Cleveland. Way overdue for a show + not many US dates due to AUS and Europe tour

If you recall the "original" 2016 spring tour list, it had Pittsburgh and buffalo, which were both hit in 2013.

They've been saving Cleveland for 2017 for a reason.

Rock and Roll Hall of Fame...

But I really want some new music, stay off the road and record a new album, please.

I was at both and I completely agree, getting overshadowded by the Ten show is inevitable, but night 1 was fantastic.

4-5 shows to close out the Joe similar to the Spectrum would be awesome!

If they're going to be there, they might as well play a show or 2 at the Fox Theatre also!

And yes, some Cleveland shows are long overdue. I wish the RRHOF induction was in Cleveland the year PJ gets inducted.

Wow. Can you imagine a show at the Fox? I'd personally like it more to see a St. Andrew's Hall, or the State Theatre (whatever they call it now). They could really go back to the roots with say, even, the Blind Pig. Any one of those venues would be an unreal show.

Tickets, if you don't win them in the lottery, no matter how much you offer outside, still doesn't ensure entry. If you read the rolling stone article from 07 about the Vic Theatre show, they mention someone outside offering $1600 for tickets. That was my buddy and I. Needless to say, we listened to what we could from OUTSIDE the venue that night.

Yes, the State Theatre would be cool as hell! I also agree that it may only be that cool if I could actually get tickets for it. Lol

Obviously this is no comparison but I just saw that Green Day is playing a show there. I thought they outgrew that place.

Not as huge on Green Day as I was back in middle school (dookie tour was my first show) - but I'd love to see them at the State. Might have to get tix to that one.

The Vic was one of the shows that you couldn't put a price tag on as far as people giving up tickets and as the years have passed it would be complete madness if they ever did something like that again...I was definitely beyond fortunate to have gone

Totally agree. I'll never begrudge anyone for not selling to us. Our thought was, we'll just offer so much someone has to bite. Didn't happen.

Is there any new rumors to this being true? Any idea of around when this might take place? Between wrestlemania and getting married in Disney in 2017 a Detroit trio would be hard but we'll worth it if the timing is right for me.
