Yessssss!!! Lots of love for her!!!

Her band doesn't translate well to bigger arenas though. It's made for smaller venues.

    I want to like her.

I really do. But I can only take so much of her. But maybe I'd feel differently if I saw her live.

Perhaps opening for PJ... in a small venue.

Loved the album last year and saw her in a small club. I honestly thought her live show was "just okay" It could have been an off night.

Her two EPs and album are awesome and she's great live. Seeing her again this summer at a festival and really looking forward to her future work.

FYI she's much more punk and gritty live compared to her records. I was quite surprised.

Her band doesn't translate well to bigger arenas though. It's made for smaller venues.

Hi Tempo, I thought you must of started this thread!

Saw her open for the lemonheads just over a year ago (and duet with Evan), had never heard of her before that and now she's huge... was a little sad that she got so popular suddenly and then a lot sad that I had such a hipster attitude
I don't mean to offend anyone, a lot of what I say should be taken with a grain of salt... that said for most of you I'm a stranger on a computer on the other side of the world, don't give me that sort of power!

She's so fantastic, easily one of my favorite discoveries of last year. At the top of my 'artists to see live' list as well. Hopefully this year!

Tickets were only $35, great price. Especially since she's playing very close to where I live. I'm really looking forward to the show :)

She's great and her band is too. Her song Avant Gardner was played throughout 2014 tour as part of the venue intro music at PJ shows. As great as she is though I think I'm good with no opening act and a 3+ hour PJ show. :)

Just saw this up and coming star on SNL this weekend. I downloaded her album, made it 4 songs in and bought the album which is pretty much my stamp of approval. I'm all in. She is freaking AWESOME

Same here. I have been meaning to pick up her album for some time now and just never got around to it. Saw the SNL performance and said to myself get this f'ing album already. Ordered the album and also picked up the EP with Avant Gardner on it.

I grabbed both as well lol. I'm totally sold.
Turns out she's also playing in Toronto a week today and I could go. Has anyone caught one of her shows? It'd cost me about 75 bucks canadian for a ticket which may be a bit much for a girl I've only liked for 3 days lol
