Let's be real... they are both great cities in August. I've already cleared the way. I'm taking my 17 year old daughter under the guise of "visiting some colleges".

Wrigley will hold about 50,000 for a concert. Maybe more? Fenway will hold about 45,000 for a concert?

There should be no problem getting tickets. That said...as always, Reserved is a better shot than GA. And with Fenway, I think you have an overall better shot, since there is only the 1 option. There will be lots of fan club tickets for these. These stadiums hold more than double of what most other arenas hold.

I'm more curious whether a Wrigley or Fenway crowd presents a higher probability of being pissed/puked on. Even chances?

Wrigley holds 42,000 for baseball including bleachers and SRO. The field seats will compensate for the lack of bleachers and SRO. Springsteen had 84,000 combined for two sold out shows in 2012 so I'd assume you'll have about the same. (Wrigleys capacity has slightly increased since 2012, but the additional seats were in the bleachers.

Lol, I am reminded of a drunk guy in Chicago, standing on Michigan Ave with his middle finger up, yelling over and over "Boston is a better city that Chicago." Dude was looking for an ass-kicking, but was in the wrong neighborhood for that.

Ah yeah, i forgot about the bleachers not being in play. But i think there were some of them in use for pj in 2013. And there were also tons of people on rooftops, outside, etc.
