Has anyone watched this? I got keyed into it after watching Netflix's "Making a Murderer."

Really interesting....I'm about four episodes in.

I really enjoyed this series. Thought it was just as good as Making a Murderer although in a different way. Did you finish it, OP? What did you think?

sorry for the late reply....forgot about this thread

I did finish it and I don't know what to think. The guy doesn't seem like a killer but the circumstances are really odd. I could see it going either way...it was a complete accident or maybe she was his moneytrain that found out about his gay lifestyle and was going to leave him which led to her being murdered by him.

The death of the acquaintance in Germany makes me want to lean toward murder.

Did anyone catch the HBOmax series regarding this story?  Basically ends at the first trial verdict which seemed kind of odd.

Don't see the point in the Colin Firth show and similar shows, when an in-depth documentary series exist.

I felt like it filled in some holes (depending on how accurate it is) but yeah I was a little surprised that they felt it necessary. More surprised that it stops where it does given all that happened after the initial verdict.

  • I watched it a while ago.  At the time it consumed my life for a few weeks. The “owl” theory is interesting, but as more time went on I think I land the camp that he’s guilty.

I realized a few days ago that the series was still going....I thought it wrapped up after four episodes.

As far as guilt....I don't know. It is interesting that the head wounds do seem to resemble talons. Here is an article on that
