I use acid-free interleaving tissue or paper.
Just google that and you will find many places to buy some online.
The last time I bought 24" x 36" sheets from Hollinger Metal Blade Company and they work great.
I don't recommend re-using the manila paper or kraft paper that posters are usually rolled and shipped in - it's too acidic and could discolor your posters over time.

The key is "acid free". Are you storing in flat file? If not, I recommend this portfolio: http://www.jerrysartarama.com/discount-art-supplies/portfolios-and-presentation/picturesque-presentation-cases.htm

The 24x36 is going for $149.99 right now which is as good a price as you're going to get!

always use the mylar sleeves or the Poly....thene (I don't recall the exact spelling) sleeves which are safe for art preservation
