i know there's a few people looking so there's one on eBay in Australia right now. Good luck all. I know we all bag out the bay, but these don't come up too often ANYWHERE.

    It will be interesting to watch. This never comes up on ebay. You might be right about the price Tempo (but you never know).

    It may go over $500. Isn't there another black Australian EV zippo that is more rare? It looks the same, but I heard that instead of the wave, it has the outline of Australia on it.

    That one's white. There is also a white one with a uke on it. The one with the wave is the only black one. But it seems to me like those two white ones are even harder (maybe impossible) to find, especially the map one.

    I'm no cretin. I have one and won't part with it. I do know of a few threads going of people desperately trying to find one though and thought I'd help out. It's nice to see cynicism isn't dead here, in fact lately it seems to be the "go to" response.

    LOL, yeah, I hear that. I just looked on ebay, and I wanted to punch my computer screen when I saw the price. Really!? They just keep bidding that thing up. It's currently at $384, and there is still 7 days left on the auction.

    I'm now thinking my 600 guess may have been conservative. Maybe I should think of selling mine and go on the Sth America tour (might not make it far from Australia though)
