When is the latest any North American dates would be announced?

If there was some sort of NA tour this fall, when is the latest it would be announced? Last years tour was in October and I remember it was announced mid-end may and tickets went on sale May 30th I believe? But then the 2013 tour was announced in early July around the time MYM was released and the Wrigley show... so maybe if we get to the July newsletter and nothing, its time to check out hitting a SA date? Or is July too late? Thoughts?

    Fall tour announced last spring if memory serves. I think based on past patterns, no fall dates in the US. The band rocked the US from left to right between 13-14'

    Im not counting on any US dates, but Canada I could do... definitely more in the budget than SA
