    Crazy how fast time goes by. I remembering listening to MLB in college and thinking that Andy was on his way to becoming the greatest front man in rock music.

    I was 5 1/2 years away from even being born when Andy died and I miss him. Crazy. I can't imagine how everyone who saw him perform or knew him feels. He will never not be missed.

    I would have have given my first born to see MLB live back then! Closest they played was Rhode Island in March 1989 according to setlist.fm.

    I was in the hospital in 2001.
    My doctor saw that I was reading a book about Pearl Jam.
    He told me that he was an intern in Seattle when they brought in Andy.
    Really tore me up how he described it.
    I don't know if he was bullshitting me or not... not sure why he would make it up.
