Ready for the Lottery?

Assuming there is some "show" announcement Friday.... are you ready for the lottery?
Its like talking yourself into a cold shower.

Good analogy. For some reason I don't think this lottery will include me. You bet I'll read the sordid details here on the porch tho. Getting my popcorn now....

If it's for SA then you needn't worry. Once you get out of the US the lottery is very easy. For South America, assuming there even is a lottery, you'll be looking at 100% rates.

If I win I'll just give them for face value to someone (it most likely won't be anywhere doable for me)

Since London Ontario the lottery has been kinda tough on me. I lost all three attempts for Wrigley (still went). I scored 1 outta 14 for the 2013 northeast leg. 4 for 8 for the northwest run which was a surprise. And 1 out of 8 for the 2014 Fall run.
But I aint mad a bit. After blessing me with front row center for the last show sans GA (London, Ont) the 10 club can do no wrong on mine eyes.

    Good luck everyone.

Outside of North America is it really that hard to get 10c tickets? I don't recall hearing people complain very much for the last euro, australia, and south american tours?

There's no lottery for SA/CA shows...
Last time, Ten Club just sent a password to all members for buying tickets 2 days earlier than everyone else... That's about it.
And of course, some smart ass leaked the password and then everyone and their mothers bought tickets the same day.

These are the first SA shows since the lottery was established. I'm sure it will be used.

I always select reserved seats first instead of GA. GA is a crapshoot (depending on the show), and obviously a lot more people select it as their #1 option. I'd rather be at the show than gamble for better seats and be SOL.

Like I said before, I've been lucky lately in the lottery, simply based off of selecting reserved seats first instead of GA. But like you, I was fortunate enough to win the seat lottery for the Bristow, VA. show back in 2010 - front row center. I will NEVER complain about 10C tickets ever again after that...

Yep. If they would do GA lottery for SA tickets, it doesn't matter. You better get there days in advance with tent to line up. Those fans are nuts!!

It's not even hard to get tix inside NA in many places. Just in the few high demand cities.

You know you have to pick up the tickets the day off the show and they are non-transferable right? Definitely shouldn't be trying for any tickets if you can't attend the show(s).
