    Beats the damn post office which tacofied a yield lp I traded to a guy. Then despite getting insurance they deny his claim. They bend the lp in half, then deny the claim.....

    10c was more than Professional with me and did an outstanding job of replacing my damaged set.

    I didn't agree with the idea of snapping my records, but I totally understand it now and give the highest amount of props and gratitude to the 10c for their great response to my damaged lp.

    It's fitting they set me the same package as you hahaha. Still trying to figure out how that happened. I even re read my emails and clear as day vinyl C and E. Hahaha
