    I've ordered St. Louis, Moline, Milwaukee and Denver last tuesday and still nothing. It's kinda slow this year I think.

    Got my shipping confirmation as I was opening the CD and putting it into my car...received the CD a day or so before the shipping confirm. Actually made me think I ordered the Moline CD twice by accident.

    I got my "order received" notice today yesterday for the St. Paul boot and when i got home the CD was in my mailbox. Keep in mind, these ship from Nugs, not 10C. Probably just bumping order statuses in their system.

    Has anyone in Australia received their Moline cd? Seems like it's taking a long time. I received the vault cd today and I ordered that after the Moline cd. Thanks
