Autographed Detroit poster charity auction

I noticed this and thought I'd share just in case people were interested in bidding. There is an autographed Detroit poster signed by the whole band up for auction benefiting SandyHookPromise.org. Looks like the poster was donated by Pearl Jam too. Looks like a great opportunity to get an autographed piece of merch.

    I wonder why they chose the BAD Detroit poster??
    Even though it's not my favorite,
    can you imagine how much a signed MOLINE poster would have fetched in auction???

    Pearl Jam has done 3 or 4 things through CharityBuzz this year. Some pretty cool stuff.
    The good news is that they've raised a lot of money through the site, but the bad news for the casual fan (or blue collar fan) is that the items tend to attract some high bids. I'm not complaining, glad they can bring in the money, but I've had to be realistic and avoid bidding.

    Think that we've had a few autographed items, merch, plus some concert tickets. Good on the boys for donating.

    I feel fortunate to have picked up a band signed poster from a war child auction for about $350 CDN given that this has an est value of $3,500 USD.

    I know I cracked a little smile when I saw they were hoping to get $3500 for the Detroit poster...
    Can't believe this would go for that much!!!
