The look on my 7 month old son's face when I go into his room in the morning. No matter how tired I am the first smile of the day is true beauty.

Popcorn and M&Ms on the couch with my wife whilst watching any crappy old movie we feel like

The weekly Skype call to my parents. Even though they are the other side of the world, being able to talk shit about rugby or Formula 1 with my dad is important. They also love being able to see the baby every week.

Music, in all its shapes and forms. It seems almost redundant to say it on a PJ forum but music, and especially PJ and Uncle Neil, has helped me out of a lot of dark times in the past and now provides so much light.

Wales. It's home and always will be, wherever I am in the world.

The Welsh National Anthem. Being part of 70,000 people belting this out before a rugby match is an unbelievably moving experience.

    Football (soccer).

Walking home along the edge of the bay while the sun is setting, taking any negativity of the day with it.

A really nice rum and coke.

Who's up next? What makes your day a little brighter?

Hearing a song that takes me back to simpler (happier?) times in my teens, usually Metallica!

Hearing a parent speak Irish to their child...

Ha! You reminded me of our two cats' nightly dance before dinner. Either could be the chaser/chasee...then at some point they'll stop and one will come up to me with the "shall we continue this farce or are you ready to feed us" face.

Ridiculously cute, but I have to keep my bare feet out of the way while they're doing that tango.

    And welcome from here too!

Being the one that doesn't judge my 16 year old niece for being obsessed with One Direction. Ya know, knowing everything about them, watching every appearance, gushing over her favorite. I don't know, for some reason I can relate. :).

:). It's hard watching others who find it annoying. Trust me, I hope her music tastes change, but if they don't, all that matters is she enjoys the ride that she so adores now. I love watching her excitement. I love her.

I got lucky, my niece (14) is stuck on PATD . But her dad and brother are musicians, and myself and her older Aunt and her Uncle are all music freaks.. So she couldn't avoid music!! Lol :-D

I'm a TV addict so hearing news of a Christmas special makes me smile...

I love the smells if home cooked food in the oven. I love hearing people rocking out to their favorite bands in the safety of their cars, especially when they really get I to it. I love the crisp metallic scent of snow in the air....

    Next?

That's a great question. I do love to make people laugh. To put a smile on someone's face or to have my friends kid laugh when I play with them. I also love to be a smart ass, usually happens after I have a bowl of my favorite greens. There's more I'm sure but I have t had my wake and bake bowl yet!

    Love watching my barca play!

Love/hate watching my ny rangers play.

    Meeting new people

    Awesome fucken food

    Killer concerts

Getting a pm from SD telling me she scored my all time fav pair of Jordan's for ME! =))

You know, the small things in life lol

Having my pets on their first Holiday.. This is Scooter's first Thanksgiving with me as his owner.. And he came from god knows what.. But we rescued him from the floods last year.. And now, he's staring out the back window, watching the smoke rose from the meat smoker, licking his lips. The dog has nearly forgiven him for her new stitches, and after 14 years of Thanksgivings, she KNIWS the treats that await her.. The cat has NO idea!!
This always makes me smile.. Especially when he gets his good tonight.. One lucky cat!!
