St.Louis show bootleg

Does anyone know what happened to the St.Louis bootleg download? At first it was scheduled for release on October 24, then October 31, and finally today, November 4, but it's still not available. Additionally Austin show number two which took place after the St. Louis show, is already available. Thanks
