Sevens Speed Question

Not sure if this is in another thread or not so forgive me if it is...
So I got the Sevens set today and loaded the records into my jukebox...when Lightning Bolt started playing it sounded like the fucking chipmunks so my question is why is the speed on two of the records 33 1/3 and am i the only one who didn't know this?

    They had to use the 33 1/3 speed because of the length of the tracks. They are too long to be cut at 45.
    33 RPM
    Lightning Bolt/Sirens
    Infallible/Future Days

    45 RPM
    Let the Records Play/Getaway

    Sleeping by Myself/Yellow Moon
