Denver suggestions

I am traveling into Denver tomorrow from Houston. Is it relatively simple to use the RTD to get around town and getting to/from the airport. I am staying downtown at the Curtis. Any advice would be appreciated.

  • wynkoop brewery is nice. it is large; has good beer and local spirits; pool tables; foosball; bubble hockey; and above average food.

williams tavern at 17th and Logan is a great hole in the wall dive bar with really great and friendly people. they have one pool table and a chalk board for writing your name up, so it forces you to mingle. they also love it when you play lots and lots of Pearl Jam!!!

there is also a good chance you'll meet a good friend of mine named Michael.
