Huge PJ fan needs your help! :)

10/18/2014 - Today I found out that my insurance no longer wants to pay for my medicine and I don't really have the money to afford it. I'm on 3 different type of inhalers for my Asthma and Subglottic Stenosis. Qvar, Advair and Albuterol. I need to take these everyday so I can function normally and BREATHE!

Okay so how about some little back story....

When I was 16, I was diagnoised with Subglottic Stenosis. It's the narrowing of the trachea.. This is usually found in infants and corrected before they've turned a year old. My doctor just diagnosied me with Asthma... I lived 16 years thinking I just had asthma. I couldn't do much growing up because I couldn't breathe. I couldn't ride a bike, run or do much in gym class.

In 2007, I moved to Ohio from Jersey where my breathing just got worse. You could hear me breathing if you were sitting right next to me. It fucking sucked and it was embarassing. My Mom decided that enough was enough and took me to an Asthma & Allergy Specialist. When I walked in the room, he knew exactly what I had by listening to me breathe. He sent me to an ENT up in Cleveland to have a check up and later have my surgery. They found out that I have been breathing out a trachea that was crooked and the size of a pencil. I had my surgery on 10/11/2008. I don't remember it because after I came out they put me in a medical coma because I didn't do well in surgery. I ended up with a blood clot in my arm, staph infection in my incision and basically everything else went wrong. I finally got to go home on Halloween that year. I've had 9 follow up surgeries just to get rid of scar tissue and I still can barely breathe.

So... there's your story.

But as of today, I'm on my last remaining inhaler until I can some how come up with the money to get more that will last me the rest of the year.

Thanks for reading!

Peace, Love and PJ!
