I think last time they were in Cincy they opened with Long Road. I'm going with Pendulum & I can't wait to hear it ! Sounds killer on all the boots from last years tour.

That would be cool! It's almost become predictable for them to open with something low key, so I could see it happening.

I love the hard and heavy songs, but there's something so majestic and unique about a slow burner (or two or three...or four) coming out first and then suddenly hitting us with some crazy, fast energy. I'll never forget experiencing that juxtaposition at my first show (Noblesville '03) with Long Road into Interstellar/Corduroy. I get chills just thinking about it.
I am lost, I'm no guide, but I'm by your side.
I am right by your side.

Got to say that Black so early in the set just didn't feel right. I will never complain about hearing this song but it just seemed out of place so early.

This new tour is not the Lightning Bolt Tour anymore right? This is one of those special "Play a bunch of rarities we don't have a new album" tours right? So I think Pendulum is done as the opener. Wash.

I don't think it's fair to say this isn't the Lightning Bolt tour. A lot of bands spend years promoting an album all over the world. They are playing markets not played since the album came out, so I think this is still part of the LB tour, however, I wouldnt be surprised if MYM and Sirens don't get played every night, and if songs like Let The Records Play and Sleeping By Myself don't make many appearances.
words seem so out of place.
