Who is Falcon Social Media Management? And why do they post links that go nowhere constantly?

Prime example: Tickets still available for Denver show at Pepsi Center in latest tweets section on home page right now
The link posted take's you nowhere and you are told that it does not exist.
Bad information as well. I have been trying to get tickets for over a week now for friends and there are no ticket's available
except ADA seats which you can only obviously buy if you qualify for those seats. So yes; there are seat's available, but it
would be helpful if their links actually took you somewhere and they told you only ADA seats are available. Unless they are
including buying after market tix at highly inflated prices. Which; once again would be helpful information as well.
If you go to the tix link on the tour page of the PJ site there are only ADA tix available. Not very good media managers IMO.
