Purchased Austria digital download bootleg

Hello -

I purchased the Austria 2014 digital download bootleg from the 10 club on Saturday morning. I did not get a confirmation email as I usually do, nor did I get a link to download the files as I always have. The money was charged against my CC on Saturday morning, and I can view the order, which now says shipped. All the other orders of digital downloads have links when I view the order, this one does not.

I emailed 10 club about this on Saturday night and they never answered my email. I'm not sure what to do now? I still don't have my bootleg.

    Still waiting on my links from last Friday. I emailed 10C and they said they were working on the issue, but I haven't had an update since Friday.

    Ahh ok thanks. Would have been nice if they replied to me also. But at least I know it's being worked on.

    Same to me with the Berlin boot- I bought it last week, status in order history turned to "shipped" a few days ago, but nothin' happened. No mail, no dl link, no answer from the shipping staff...Very disappointing.. :(

    Just got another response today that they are still working on it and are going to throw in a bootleg code as well once it is resolved so the next bootleg will be on them.

    Thanks guys...hopefully they do that for me as well. I just emailed them again. First email I used their 'info' email address, which might be why they didn't answer. I sent it again to the 'shipping' address.

    I would have just ordered the CD if I knew it would take this long. Oh well.

    Hooray, suddenly there is the dl link in the order history..But no notification or hint by mail..Anyway, now it's time to have a listen! Hope you're lucky, too!

    Got mine as well now. And they just emailed me that I will eventually get a free bootleg d/l as well. Yay!
