He had taken up the drums in the past year and we attended a number of concerts together. Unfortunately, we never had a chance to see my favorite band, Pearl Jam, together.

    In order to have something to look forward to, I am flying from Los Angeles to attend the Austin City Limits show on Sunday, Oct. 12.

    If possible, I would greatly appreciate it if you would play "Long Road" and dedicate it to Joey on that date.
