I wasn’t able to take the time to read through all of the pages of comments so I apologize if this was already mentioned. I’m hoping for news on the availability of the release of the app/smartphone process for the Home and away shows mobile tickets. Afterall, the lottery notification email did reference: “Step-by-step instructions on how to access your ticket on your smartphone will be sent to all Ten Club ticket holders via email when they are ready for mobile distribution. We plan to have this delivered to you by early July.”
It would be pretty sweet to find out our reserved seat locations! The waiting drove me mad...

On another thread someone who works at MoPop said they weren't able to really work out all the details yet and that the preview of the exhibit for 10c members may be at like midnight after each of the 2 shows

Everything we buy from 10club presently where Pearl Jam goodies are shipped outside the USA will get hit with custom charges.
Custom service charges is the stupidest thing EVER!!!
Sweden had it pretty good earlier, where they let through everyone under a value of roughly $25.
Which means as a DVD-collector I could sort of work around it.
But then, after the gigantic influx of goods from China, they dropped it so that everything had to get slapped with custom charges and service charges etc.
10C should ship all euroepan goods through their european store. Use it.
