    WOW...you are all in for something special!

    What is that building usually used for? Basketball? I don't see any ice or even enough space for a hockey rink. What teams use this as their home arena?

    It's a hockey rink, home of the Quad City Mallards, who are affiliated with the Minnesota Wild. I'm sure other events go on there, but it is a rink: you can see the boards better in other views.

    I'm looking at the LaQuinta by the airport. We get a good discount thru my husband's employer. It's only 7 minutes away from iWireless.....IF we decide to stay. We live an hour and half away from Moline in E. Peoria. I'd rather stay though.

    I live in Moline and I keep telling everyone in the Quad Cities that. Nobody fully comprehends what is going to happen to this area. Nobody understands just how big PJ is worldwide. This is mainly a country area if you already didn't know
    I am taking my daughter and her boyfriend(with my wife of course) to their first PJ show. They laughed when I told them that seeing them live will change their life.

    We're staying at the Fairfield Inn. Driving from Des Moines, IA. I have two very good PJ buddies who are part of the 10c flying in from Dallas and Portland to make the road trip as well. I also know a bunch of other buddies here in Des Moines who are not 10c members, but did everything possible to secure tickets thru TM to make it to this show. Essentially the entire state of Iowa is dying to go to this show.

    This has the makings of a phenomenal show considering all the factors. I can't wait.

    Moline and people in the area have no idea what is about to hit them. I'm sure the bars, restaurants, and hotels will be in complete shock, awe, and be severely overwhelmed with what is going to go down in October.

    I actually booked it before the tix went on sale...It was $94 then...they must have jacked the price up after...
    That sounds like a plan! We'll be dirtyfranking from Detroit so we'll look for you at Bennigans when we get in ;)

    Yeah, we know it's a bit of a drive..I think the plan is leave bright and early the morning of the show. My hubby and I flew from Baltimore to Seattle then drove to Vancouver for the show that night so this shouldn't be as bad :) Also, we gain an hour from Detroit to Moline right?

    Show #13 was a lucky one for me....
