Awwwwww ticket sales are not that great. Unfortunate there's Gonna be lots of empty seats in the uppers. I don't understand this since ok city was freaking packed! What happened Tulsa?

I have faith... Tulsa and OKC are only an hour apart, plus you should get a lot of people driving up from Dallas.

Not sure if it'll be like Dallas/okc was. Those were weekend shows.

for those of you who went to OKC last year. did they open up behind the stage for seating? Tulsa's current seating chart has on behind stage seating. I would like to sit behind the stage if I make the trip, anyone know anything, not about sitting behind the stage, but about Tulsa behind stage seating. I tried to call but didn't get any information.

Yes, OKC had behind the stage seating and Dallas did as well. :) I think the majority of venues last year did. I think. :)

They even turned around and played Last Kiss to the back of the stage at OKC..

I definitely am not sitting behind the stage to see or hear last kiss. My first pj show in Minneapolis in 98 I got ticketmaster seats behind the stage as all they had but before going in a scalper convinced me to upgrade to nosebleeds. I always wondered what my original experience would have been like. The target center nosebleeds were pretty bad. Great crowd though. Joined the ten club the next day. So Tulsa behind stage hopefully and now my ten club membership doesn't get me as far as it used to. And I always scratch last kiss off the set list of the local pj tribute band during their annual new years show. :)

I'm a late check-in to the Roll Call. Very excited for two shows in two years. The stars must be very aligned for us flat-landers. I need one GA for my friend's wife. She and I are going to Tulsa from OKC. Please pm and we can make arrangements. Thanks :)

Beck's outdoor show at The LC here in Columbus was just AMAZING & the Detroit show at The Fox Theatre turned into "An Evening With Beck" because the opening act had issues crossing the US border after their show in Toronto!
We got a 45 minute acoustic set & then an hour & a half electric set...both shows were GREAT!!

Thanks for the heads up on the Beck show. Anyone know if there will be an opener or not? Ticket page says doors at 7:00 and show at 8:00, but wasn't sure if that meant an opener at 8:00, or if that's when Beck goes on. Will be flying in that night and just trying to determine if it's worth getting tickets or not.

Sean Lennon's band Ghost Of A Saber Tooth Tiger was the scheduled opening act for the shows I attended. They didn't make it to the Detroit show, so we got the 2 Beck sets!
Either way, IF you are a Beck fan, try to hit this one, you won't regret it!!

Yes / No. If you fly into TUL and catch cab/shuttle to a hotel downtown you can walk a few blocks and be at BOK in 10 minutes and places to eat/drink. Easy walk to the Brady to see Beck or to Cain's Ballroom.

If you want to see much of Tulsa you will need a car or spend $ on cab rides. Philbrook & Gilcrease Museums are nice and not too big and short cab ride. Buses do run, but not like SF, NYC, DC, Chi.

    Hope that helps.
