    porch gets played all the time; RVM not so much.....still, I gotta go with porch. porch is always good; RVM has been known to run off the road mid- song.

    I have to go with Rearviewmirror.
    But I'd rather have both at a show.
    Porch never fails, but if Rearviewmirror is solid it's a real trip.
    Plus the lyrics have more peronal meaning.
    It's not who I am underneath, but what I do that defines me.

    i only post this because i was lucky enough to see porch and rvm in the same night twice so i had a good background to compare and porch still blew it away. ed from the lights, mike rippin, matt playin his heart out. cant beat it

    Jeff's bass coming out of the live jam is the cats pyjamas. That is the tiny difference for me. I'd also like to see the return of the fast intro to Porch. It was also the cat's pyjamas! \m/

    RVM...close call, but I think they take the RVM jam in a cooler direction than just slappin a solo on there. Much more of a full band jam than a platform for one member to go off.

    I had to go RVM. The lyrics have more personal meaning to me and the effect of the lights and the drums and the power of the guitars at the end is such an intense physical experience. I'm exhausted thinking about it!
