Sevens box set not received-gimme my money back

Seriously. They said they shipped it December 20th. That's more than two full months ago. I was told that it isn't considered a lost item until after three months. Seriously? In the industry that I'm in, if a customer doesn't get their product within two weeks we replace it. And that's WORLDWIDE. I'm in Manitoba. This "customs can delay things" is absolute bullshit. I order from other band websites in the US all the time, and I almost always get the item within one business week. I. Starting to wonder if 10c isn't actually shipping when they say they are. I don't give a shit about the box set anymore. Just give my money back already.

    I feel for you, man. Canada Post sent mine back to 10C because some idiot at the sorting plant thought my address was incomplete (it wasn't). 10C resent it via UPS ground and I got dinged over $40 in UPS/customs fees.

    Hopefully it arrives for you or maybe they'll send a replacement.

    I had that happen to a white Backspacer LP I ordered from them years ago. I got the 'it got lost' excuse & never actually got the item. I think they charged me and a bunch of people and didn't have the quantity to fill all the orders. Just a guess.

    The more productive approach would probably be to contact 10C directly in order to request your refund.

    'Sorry to hear about your situation. Since I purchased a SIGG "Built to Last" water bottle from the 10C and had it go funky on the inside liner after 6 months of use with strictly water and daily soap washing...... only to have the 10C tell me to contact SIGG directly, I've never purchased another item from the store.

    The absurd cost of shipping and wait times for products, likely means I'll never purchase anything again from the 10C - that's too bad.

    Yeah, I had the same issue with the lightning bolt long sleeve my wife bought me for Xmas. I got it in February. I won't be buying anything anymore either.

    It was clear you contacted them. After 3 months time you'll have to contact them again and request to be refunded.

    I am encouraging others to voice on the forum about 10c shipping issues if you live in the states. Over 2mos to ship something locally is absurd. They have a tracking number and at the very least could track it and get back to you.

    I have never had any problems/delays with my orders but I would not like the answer of 3mos and it's lost either. Did they at least give an answer as to what they would do for you after 3mos?

    No, they didn't say what would happen. I'm guessing refund. No tracking for Canadian orders, so I can't prove to them that I didn't actually get it.

    I thought of that too....but I'm certain it's lost in the mail or it was never sent, which I said to them, but was not addressed.

    I think maybe Canada Customs might be to blame..... I've got a Cincy '03 poster out there in the void somewhere - I bet it's just leaning in a corner somewhere being ignored by customs officers. image

    they finally just refunded me my money when i asked about a replacement.

    there customer service is a joke almost as much as there way of running a ship over at the 10c, but thats nothing to new to any of us.

    can't wait to see them at the pop up shop for $250.

    Orderd 3 boots on 2nd December. Got shipping confirmation on 13th Dec. Still waiting on those boots to arrive. Contacted Nugs early Feb and they said they would send replacements out on 1tth Feb. Original order and replacement still not arrived. Contacted Nugs and 10c this week - 10c response was replacements were shipped on 11th Feb and it can take upto 8 weeks for international orders to arrive and if the boots haven't turned up after 10th May they will refund me! Nugs responded by saying they would dispatch another set of replacements this week. Interestingly I got a dispatch notice about the replacements sent this week but never got one for the replacements supposedly sent in Feb.

    This is the only order that has gone wrong with Nugs for me. Since making that order in December, I've made a further 9 orders, of which 8 has arrived (last one wouldn't expect to arrive yet). The only thing that confuses me is sometimes it takes 2 weeks to get to me and others 6 weeks. The shipping method isn't as good as it used to be.
