Several things to discuss, now that I've listened to the boot 85 times:
1. During Glorified G, the song is not dedicated to Cheney, nor are the lyrics altered, except when he sings "Never shot at a living thing ('cept his attorney)". Funny stuff.
2. Before Leatherman, Ed rambles on about hiking with a kid and coming across an old shack with a bed in it, then notes that time goes by fast but Leatherman will live forever. Many on this board said Ed was "drunk and rambling incoherently" - and maybe he was drunk, but since the last line of Leatherman is "we found his bed, that' s all that's left of Leatherman," probably he was referring to the initial inspiration for the song.
3. Love the line right before Leash: "So I think that says that we're a pretty resilient band. You boo us, you call us pussies, and still we come back here every fucking time." Not to mention, despite a smattering of boos, the crowd was pretty much in favor of Bushleaguer.
