Still haven't found anything after months of searching. I'm not sure there is anything out there short of ordering batches of 100s or 1000s. I figured out a template to make some at home if you have access to 11x17 cardboard stock that you could print onto (for the cut/fold lines), but getting access 11x17 printer that can print on cardboard is probably just as hard.

I've emailed nugs a couple times and they've never responded (though they have responded to other issues, so I'm assuming they either don't want to tell, or they can't tell.)

My impatience and 4 "naked" chipboard sleeves for Spokane thru Seattle has gotten the best of me so I've taken the liberty of making inserts for the last 4 shows of 2013. These are pretty much exactly the same template that Mike D88 created and I give credit to him for creating and sharing all the inserts in this thread.

If anyone find any track listing errors please let me know and I'll fix them.

Just click on the image, then on the bottom right-hand side of that image you'll see a little magnifying glass with a "+" symbol in it. Click that magnifying glass and when a larger image open, right-click with your mouse and chose "save image".

Here in the US, I have taken them to a print center such as Staples or Office Depot and have them printed on full sized (A4) sticker labels for laser printers and then cut them out. Results are amazing.

Good idea! I was planning on printing these at home...

In my experience, printing on the Avery labels with a color ink jet printer does an ok job, but the finer text might be very hard to read. But with a laser printer the colors and clarity are fan-freakin-tastic.

Fair warning - given these labels have a copyright statement on the back I've been told by one Office Depot print center worker that they couldn't print them because of this. Needless to say I haven't been back there since and to date have had no issues with Staples.

D - I often get that with other mega links I receive but they eventually work. I just tried this link on 2 PC's that are 2 totally separate networks and they both worked right from the start. If you don't get it to work just let me know, I'll get 'em to ya.

I would like to start with the 2005/2006 boots. I do like the cardboard covers more than using a normal cd cover but am not sure where i can find these sleeves/covers with room for 3 cds. Does anyone have any ideas? Would be best if they could be ordered from somewhere in europe.

Many of us on this thread have gone in search of the elusive 3-disc chipboard set and to the best of my understanding no one has found one to be available. They're out there, but where I've found them are places that do all the work for you (ie they make the cds/dvds and package it up for you). I've resorted to using a 2-disc chipboard sleeve as well as a single disc sleeve for any 3-disc sets and just keep them together in a resealable sleeve. Scroll up in this thread for a picture example of the Dallas show.
