    after Australia.
    Coming to Japan in 200 fit in very well after Australia !!

    Insider information from local promoter:
    The countries in Asia which are currently in a bidding position for Pearl Jam concert are Indonesia and Singapore.

    Sadly there are barely enough other countries in Asia to offer for Pearl Jam.
    If you are living in any Asian country, please urge your local promoter (or just to make any connections) to bid for a Pearl Jam concert.
    Also please network with fellow local Pearl Jam fans to make a fans club community.

    Please 'like' to support Pearl Jam to play Jakarta (Indonesia) in 2014.

    Should Pearl Jam come to Jakarta, you are all invited. :)

    Other Asian countries are also encouraged to launch a similar campaign.

    We will send petition as well to Pearl Jam management.

    As we have known last concert in South Asia in 1995 so it should be the demanding of their concert is very big enough. i am very understand if pearl jam have very tight schedule ( limitation of their ages and being fathers in their families), tons of equipment and many staff should be paid. So the chance to get them after Aussie and New Zealand is very BIG. So i hope the promotors (from Indonesia, Singapore, Philippine, maybe Thailand, Malaysia and the rest of other country in South East finally will make it dream come true.

    PS: Farry, i salute you one of less people in indonesia have concern with our need. so i will support anything that i can help with.

    Only Singapore and Indonesia as possible stops after Aus?? PJ really needs to do a 'full' Asian tour. And Feb/Mar (after BDO) is the best time to do so, logistics and schedule wise. But then, what do I know?

    My brother is currently teaching English in Indonesia. He'd love it if Pearl Jam were to play a show there!

    Indonesia and Singapore are terrible countries to play, they throw your ass in jail for a joint, manila is different they should play there that would be a good place to play, also pearl jam is pretty big now, why have they never tried to do an india or Russia show? I think thye would sell real well

    That would be an awesome Asian Tour...add India (Delhi or Mumbai) in the middle...that would be perfect...Jakarta promotor is dead serious right now to hail PJ, but this can only be done if other asian countries hail them as well...
    lets make this thread notice by the band/PJ management
    it makes more sense...

    Id suggest Cambodia but I don't think there are enough people there that can afford tickets. Im surprised Indonesia can pull it off, frankly, although it's population is about 20 times as high. IF, and that's a big if, this were to happen, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, and the Philippines are the most likely.
