Ticket Transfer - Do Seats Change?

Anyone here done a seat transfer yet?

I am wondering if the transfer is done days prior to the show, WHO'S number are the tickets based on?

For example - If 300xxx gives his tickets to 100xxx - does he get tickets based on 300xxx or 100xxx?

    The 10c doesn't allow transfers anymore.
    My whole life looked like a picture of a sunny day.

    Other people on the bbs have been able to transfer TC member to member, and I got an email from TC ticketing stating: "You will need to coordinate with the fan club member who has the tickets and they will need to contact us with the information on who will be receiving their tickets."
