After looking at the danny clinch video i could see that the cd ed plays for him is marked 'Mix 1 may 2013'. Jesus this lp was finished in may and we only getting it in October. I cannot wait any more. Fuck sake. Having a hangover from Arthurs Day is bad enough.

It's only mix 1. Who knows how many mixes they went through? Also, pressing records takes a little bit of time.

Plus they had to promote it and schedule a tour

The standard amount of time between finishing recording and having an album produced and released is 5 months. So they are exactly on schedule. :)

Imagine driving along next to Eddie rocking the fuck out! Stones copy probably just ended up on the shelf next to his copies of other PJ albums

Would love to see the other mixes and different track listings / song sequences!!!

Hard enough being a fan that really, really can't wait for a record to come out. But imagine being IN the band, being super proud and excited with the songs you created, and then have to stare at 5 months wait time. 5 months of minimal specific talk about individual songs, 5 months of treating "Mix Disc 1" like it belongs in Fort Knox so that some random friend or family member doesn't accidentally link it to the 'net. 5 months, just waiting...and ready....

    cheers!
