    I am one who is disappointed that Of the Earth didn't make it onto the album. However, I do think it will end up on Lost Dogs 2 one day, and hopefully will still be heard live. It would have be great, though, to have it as a bonus track on the 10c edition of Lightning Bolt! :D

    Its simple- a full band song we have never heard before made the album, but a song that has been played full band for over three years did not.

    I realize this is an old thread but I can understand why some thought this song was going to be on LB. I am not sure if it was the songs debut or another night in 2010 but Ed did say that this is a new song that they planned on putting on there next album.
