I do own a house in Astoria, left there yesterday  . Maybe I should change my address with 10C just in case :ugeek: .

It's not like I have to worry about missing a secret show in Florida
So, What you Giving ?........ (Thanks Speedy, Alesek, & Arq+friends)

Clive Davis delivered Krispy cream to the line though. That was a long fun day/night, but very cold from what i remember.Sign me up for a 10club only show. I'd do it again in a heartbeat.

I know about that considering that 11004 is a part of the city that many people have not heard of.

This would be cool, but why limit to NYC only? Open it to all clubbers. Metallica (arguably as big as or bigger than PJ) does a lot of fan club only shows and people from all over the US and the World have a shot at it. (I won tix to a show in SF in 2011) If you are selected you need to confirm you can make it, then they do a second chance drawling for all of the unclaimed tix. I understand those in NYC would want the first crack at it, but I think everyone should be entitled.

BUT THIS IS SO HYPOTHETICAL! :fp:

they gotta limit the tickets ot 10clubbers with nyc zip codes only
With that Logic, Wrigley should have been limited to just IL, WI, MI, IN and IA members... :corn:

I am not trying to be negative..But, realistically when was the last time the band or 10c gave us something free?.....I just don't see this happening...I could be wrong...But, now it is all about making money....Which they have the right to do....Nothing wrong with that...

I still think they could do a 10c member only tour......But, still make a decent profit...

i think the problem with this comparison is wrigley was meant to be an epic performance, based on the setlist they were intending on playing something like 40 songs, so no doubt they were looking at a 3+ hour show, in a ~45,000 seat venue. If they did a late night gig that would fit what? A hundred or two hundred people? And there would be probably about a week's notice, instead of months and months between announcement and show day. Also, they would only play a handful of songs, if that.

doing a small venue like Irving Plaza, according to wikipedia it has a capacity of 1025. these are really, really tiny venues we are talking about. opening it up to everyone willing to fly to nyc on a week's notice would likely result in a lot of unclaimed tickets.

They did not have the problem with the people traveling to the Vic show in 2007, even though it had more notice than a week. There would be no unclaimed tickets even if announced 24 hours before hand with all 10c eligible.

I wouldn't expect a clubber show to be free. If they played a 10c only show at the 9:30 club in DC and charged $50 a head or whatever that would be huge!

You really think there are a couple hundred 10C members in the city? Suburbs maybe, but the city?
Open it up to NY first. Lets fill the place... If there is a show...

I heard about the acoustic pre-set for Boston III in 2003 the day before the show. Within one hour I proceeded to Ticketmaster and purchased the ticket. I then got in the car and drove 14 hours to Mansfield by myself.

    The tickets would be used.

Anywhere but T5, that place is terrible. They should just play the Apollo.

I still find this very odd. I was only like 5 years old, but its still strange to think that this famous recording was so close to me.
