I admit it, im a sucker for a good cooking show.

Nigella Lawson
Giada De Laurentiis
Bitchin Chicken w Nadia G

Some, not so much
for example: Guy Fieri is a Class 1 d-bag

what's your favorite cooking show?

There was one I saw about a year ago.. it was always on early in the morning. It was this pretty lady who would always make me so relaxed with her descriptions. I wish I could remember her name. She was the Bob Ross of cooking though...

I forget what that show was called. Wasn't it basically "This is how Tootsie Rolls are made..." kinda thing? hahaha!

no doubt great chef... great at BBQ, But I seen him doing iron chef with Giada Vs. Rachael Ray and Mario Batali. He was a prick to Giada the whole show and ever since then haven't liked him. I pick up on his arrogance everytime I see him on TV. Cant watch him.

Also loved that show, Heat Seakers- Aaron Sanchez and Roger Mooking ... went around challenging each other to eat spicy foods. very funny i thought but short lived show.

I watch a ton of these shows too. I like DDD but cant stand Guy or anyone that wears sunglasses as an indoor accessory. :nono: I also like Man Vs Food, Adam is funny. Like previously stated, anything with Ramsey except I stopped watching Hells Kitchen, too much of the same thing every season. Restaurant impossible is decent, kind of a poor mans Kitchen NIghtmares. Bar rescue is pretty interesting too. I got sucked into watching an episode of Car Lot Rescue, seriously... I need help. :fp:

As far as actual cooking shows, I like Secrets of a restaurant chef and Giada. Really just depends on what they are making weather or not I watch.

My wife has been watching "The Taste," so I caught a bit of that. Not my thing, really.

I watch Triple-D and MVF because for some reason I think that one of these days I'll actually be able to take a vacation, and the places featured on those shows have my type of food/restaurants on them. So, I can seek out the place with the three-alarm, ass-on-fire pulled buffalo chicken sandwich with blue cheese french fries and slaw on the inside whenever I'm on the south side of Whereversville. I could do without both hosts, and I don't even watch the challenge part of MVF.

I'm surprised and a little disappointed that we're a couple pages in and no one has posted smokin' hot photos of Giada yet.
