I know I'm not the only one DYING to hear them play Strangest Tribe!! Honestly, I don't even care where or when they play it, but a live version of this masterpiece sure would be nice... Who's with me!!!!?!?!

    I commend you guys for your effort... and I agree Dirty Frank is not a good song, and there is no reason to want them to play it ever again... Once they play Strangest Tribe, I'll be done... I've seen pretty much everything else.

    If I EVER meet any of them again, I will ONLY talk about Strangest Tribe. Ask them to play it, why they haven't played it, at this point, after this many years of it being in my top 10 fav pearl jam songs, shit, songs of all time, I'm desperate!!! I spent the day at Red Rocks when Soundgarden was here looking for Matt so I could suggest it, fully knowing he probably doesn't know the song at all.

    When it comes to song requests, I've often thought that hearing the one you've always wanted to hear would be that much better if a band spontaneously decides to play it than hearing it after campaigning to hear it.

    Really, because when they played Deep in Champaign, IL after I begged every day for over a year for it to happen, it was one of the best PJ concert moments in my life... I'll never forget it...

    I agree, it was one HELL of a show!!! I was lucky enough to have 2nd row seats, thank you 10C! My bro and I went NUTS the entire time, that was one of his first times being way up close.

    Not saying it's a bad thing, there's just something about going to a show hoping to hear a certain song, and the band busts it out during the set. Something like that could probably turn a show with an otherwise mediocre setlist into a memorable one.

    I always felt it was an ode to the Chili Peppers. Maybe because they were all friends and had been touring with them. Same with when they finished recording with Neil Young and No Code had a couple of Neil Young-sounding tracks on it. Or Mike playing little Jimi Hendrix riffs in Yellow Ledbetter.     I agree they need to play this little gem, but I think Bridge School would be the most appropriate time/venue.

    I won't be at wrigley, but whether it is there or on the fall tour does not matter... this song just simply needs to get played... I honestly sometimes feel like the band doesn't have faith in certain songs that are amazing.

    This is quite the push, but I really really really really really really want to hear them sing Out of My Mind. That would be the end all be all. And another long shot would be to hear them cover I've Got A Feeling, but there's a better chance with that than there is with Out of My Mind...God I love that track
